Great King Bokkowaus is a colossal circuit board-like being who lords over the Tojitendo and the main antagonist of the 45th Super Sentai series, Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.
He seeks to conquer the entire multiverse and bring all their worlds under his thumb. Prior to coming to the world of the Zenkaigers, Bokkowaus took over numerous other realities, including those of the other Super Sentai, by trapping them in Tojiru Gears. His main goal is to destroy Zenkaigers to make them not to stand at his way of the multiversal conquest. He is also Zenkaigers' archenemy, especially Kaito's.
He is voiced by Jouji Nakata, who previously portrayed several other Super Sentai villains included Sir Cowler, Great Professor Bias, Azald and Tankjoh.

Past[]
Bokkowaus was born in the Tojitendo empire. He was the son of the previous ruler of the dynasty. After the death of his late father, Bokkowaus inherited the throne of Tojitendo and became the ruler of the dynasty. He also employed the two generals: Mobile Commander Barashitara as his second-in-command and field general and commander and Izirude as his resident genius. In addition, Bokkowaus found and befriended a mechanical bird named Gege, who became his personal assistant and advisor.
Zenkaiger[]
Under Bokkowaus' instruction, the Tojitendo invaded numerous parallel worlds and trapped them in Tojiru Gears to harness their power. Eventually, they were able to lock up every parallel universe, including the 44 worlds of the Super Sentai, leaving only one world remaining. After one month, Bokkowaus demanded a status report from Izirude on the status of the invasion of the final world. Izirude reported that it was still the only world left, to which Bokkowaus expressed his fury at the fact that they still had not made progress on the invasion. Izirude explained that, for an unexplained reason, they were unable to trap the world in a Tojiru Gear and that, furthermore, a chunk of Kikaitopia had somehow fused with it. Gege then suggested that they just invade it with their ground forces and expand the Tojitendo's territory, to which Bokkowaus agreed and appointed Barashitara to lead the invasion. Summoning up a force of Kudakk, Barashitara attacked the world, only to be met by Zenkaizer and Zenkai Juran of the Zenkaigers.
Bokkowaus was appalled at the news that Barashitara had used the Gomitopia Tojiru Gear to create Garbage World and convert the Earth into Garbagetopia. The idea annoyed him so much that Bokkowaus questioned Barashitara’s sanity and slammed him down since he refused to rule over a world made entirely out of garbage. Barashitara claimed that Izirude will be able to create a colossal vacuum cleaner to remove the trash but Garbage World was swiftly defeated by the Zenkaigers.
After witnessing the power of the Geartozinger wielded by Stacy, Bokkowaus commended Izirude for his engineering talent. When Stacy's summons suddenly disappeared however, Bokkowaus demanded an explanation from Izirude, who stated that Stacy had summoned so many mechas the Gear had run out of power.
Following Stacaeser's defeat at the hands of Twokaizer, Bokkowaus demanded another explanation from Izirude and pounded his fist so hard it caused Izirude to fall over. Izirude told Bokkowaus he would develop a countermeasure at once before getting up and telling Stacy to come with him.
Bokkowaus was furious to hear from Barashitara that Twokaizer was still on the loose and pounded his fist with enough force to send Barashitara flying in the air. Gege then told him to calm down and noted that Izirude was already working on a countermeasure to him. Bokkowaus then inquired if the Zenkaigers and Twokaizer teaming up would be a problem, but Barashitara stated he found the Zenkaigers joining forces with Twokaizer to be unlikely. He was proven to be right when Zocks Goldtsuiker refused to join the Zenkaigers after the defeat of Great Noon World, opting to instead operate on his own.
As Onigokko World gave his report and Barashitara and Gege commented on the progress he was making, Bokkowaus ordered the World to go back out into the field and continue making people "it".
Bokkowaus later asked Barashitara what the status was on his next plan, to which Barashitara answered that it would be in motion shortly. Gege then told Barashitara not to screw up, as Bokkowaus' pressure was on the rise, leading Bokkowaus to give Gege a pet for being considerate.
Having witnessed Barashitara's scheme involving the Recycle World, Bokkowaus inquired into his plan to play the Zenkaigers and World Pirates against each other. Barashitara answered by noting their differing motives and stated he believed he could get them to fight by creating a situation where the Zenkaigers' selfless motives conflicted with the World Pirates' more selfish ones. Bokkowaus then noted how Twokaizer appeared to be searcBarashit the Tojiru Gears, to which Gege commended Barashittara for making use of intel Izirude looked over.
Barashitara was disgusted when a Kudakk sent to attack the Earth with a Kudaiter returned as the sole survivor and prepared to kill him with Bokkowaus being equally angry. However, when a Tojiru Gear fell down after Bokkowaus pounded the ground, Gege suggested punishing the Kudakk by infusing it with the gears power. Bokkowaus agreed and Izirude inserted it into the Kudakk which created Super Warumono World who was later destroyed by the Zenkaigers.
Izirude revealed to Bokkowaus that he based Stacy’s Geartozinger on the Zenkaigers own arsenal much to his surprise but also admiration. Even so, Stacy later had to withdraw due to overusing his Sentai Gears.
Endgame[]
After the destruction of Great Carrot World, Bokkowaus questioned his generals about one of the Worlds missing and Great Omikuji World returning back into a Kudaitest. He suspects it as a scheme but Barashitara moves the tension to Gege. Bokkowaus scolds both Izirude and Barashitara for insulting Gege, later granting Gege's request on his own Worlds. He then is informed that the Zenkaigers know of their plan and it concludes Bokkowaus to presume there is a spy in palace, which enrages him in darkness. In the moment, Gege asks Izirude to bring him all the Tojiru Gears.
Prior to the Zenkaigers raid, Bokkowaus gathered all the Tojiru Gears and plans to absorb them all given it was his birthright; later being informed of the Zenkaigers arrival. Afterwards, the Zenkaigers meet Bokkowaus to confront him but are bounced abruptly out of the palace by Buccowaus flipping the platform they were on.
Following the death of Izirude, Bokkowaus absorbed more Tojiru Gears and was interrupted by the Zenkaigers, again. He tried to flip the platform, again. But the Zenkaiger’s managed to quickly grab on to Magine who uses her broom to prevent them from falling. It led to Gege defending Bokkowaus, while he spinned the platform they were on to ensure that they were unable to attack Gege. After the Zenkaigers enlarged Secchan with the Shinkenger Gear, and he did battle with Gege. God then possessed Gege and informed the Zenkaigers of Bokkowaus’ weakpoint as well as insulting Bokkowaus to his core, emotionally wounding him and resulting in him slapping Gege destroying the mechanical bird. Moments later, he mourned his death and absorbed one of his wings, expressing his line of royalty and their relationships with their pets, exerting his anger; began to disassemble from his wall state, revealing his final, battle form. Obtaining this new form, Bokkowaus proceeded to state this as a tradition in order to defend the Tojitendo Dynasty, later moving himself and the Zenkaigers to Iwayamatopia for battle. Bokkowaus then showcased his new powers when absorbing all the Tojiru Gears by attacking each Zenkaiger with their own Sentai theme. After defeating them, he claimed superiority over the Dynasty's reigns and continuity, giving the Zenkaigers a reason to fight back. Ready to obliterate them, he suddenly got stripped of Tojiru Gear Sentai powers and was helpless, but still engaged in an intense battle against them. In the final moments, he wss pierced by Super Zenkaizer but held his own boasting. From the back, he was gunned by Juran and the other Kikainoid Zenkaigers in his weak spot with the Zenryoku Zenkai Cannon. Trying to convince them otherwise, all five Zenkaigers performed a powerful ongiong-double attack, which led to his agonizing death and the cleansation of Kikaitopia.

- Great King Bokkowaus is the first villain leader since Dogranio Yaboon from 2018 TV series called Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger who shows up in the beginning of the season.
- His name is a pun on "wreck it" in Japanese (ぶっ壊す Bukkowasu).
