Greed is a minor antagonist in the 2022 Roblox horror game Doors, specifically appearing in the 2023 April Fools Update. It is entity that appears on the player's screen if they pick too many of them.

Appearance

Greed resembles a purple foggy entity with sharp teeth in the middle.

Biography

Greed's appearance will appear on the screen starting from the third gold pile the players have collected in a room. It will then grow larger as the player continues to collect more gold in a short amount of time. It will eventually fill up the whole screen if the player continues to collect gold quickly without waiting a few seconds, dealing 100 damage to the player, killing them if they have no shield. This process is then repeated and Greed will deal damage again if gold piles are collected quickly.

Trivia

• Greed's sound effect "Waterphone" is originally from Hell's Kitchen.
• It also confirmed that Greed is not actually an entity from the developers, but by fans.
• Although Greed doesn't appear at all in the game canonically, it does appear as an Easter egg in one of the paintings.
