Gran Kirkwayne is a minor antagonist in the sequel anime series Code Geass: Roze of the Recapture of Code Geass. He is a Einberg Black Pawn of the Britannian Empire and the older brother of the White Pawn Gran Kirkwayne.
He is voiced by Hirofumi Nojima in Japanese and Aaron Phillips in English.
Appearance[]
Gran is a stern average-height man with long crimson red-colored hair locks at the front. Gran sports a white military outfit as a Britannian Empire member comprised of white with gold accents, featuring a high collar and shoulder epaulets. The outfit is adorned with gold buttons and trim, and he wears long sleeves with wide cuffs. Unlike his brother, his high collar is a dark green like his sleeve cuffs.
Personality[]
Unlike his younger brother Gran, Greede is a more mature, quiet and straightforward man. Although initially he tried to negotiate with the innocent woman who griefed over the death of her husband who was killed by Gran, he did not hesitate to kill her himself after the latter spitted on him afterwards. Later on when being overwhelmed by Roze's strategies with his Knightmares against Ash's, he began showing a more stressed and irritated side of him.
