Greg Pettis is the main antagonist of the 1979 horror/slasher film Savage Weekend. He is the husband of Marie Sales, whom divorced him and took off with her friends and new boyfriend to an estate somewhere in upstate New York. Feeling abandoned, Greg follows her and begins killing off her friends.

Biography[]
Greg was married to woman named Marie Sales and had a son named Jeremy with her. They lived in New York City together, but for reasons unspecified, Marie divorced Greg. While they were still in the process of divorce, Marie booked a trip to a mansion somewhere in upstate New York with her new boyfriend and friends. Not happy with the divorce and feeling abandoned, Greg follows the group up to the estate and dons a Halloween mask, a sweater, and a pair of worker's gloves.
Skulking around the property, Greg starts killing off her friends; first strangling and hanging Jay in the barn with rope, next poking Nicky in the ear with a knitting needle, then attempting to murder Shirley with a table saw, and finally killing Robert by throwing him out of a window. After all her friends were taken care of, Greg revealed himself to Marie and explained why he did what he did. He then attempted to burn the house down and kidnap Marie, but the caretaker Mac caught up to him and they fought. Greg was overpowering Mac, until the gardener, Otis, drove a chainsaw into his back, killing him.
