Grinam Soldiers were the grunts of the Vyram and recurring antagonists in Choujin Sentai Jetman.
They are created from Grinam seeds and are used by the Vyram nobles to attack worlds. Their primary weapons are ax-like tools, though they are also capable of firing explosive shells. They appear to have low intelligence, though some are capable of speaking.
History[]
During their initial attack on Earth, Grinam Soldiers are sent down by the Vyram to attack Raita's potato farm as Ryu, Aya and Kaori try to persuade him to join the Jetmen, leading Ryu to transform into Red Hawk to fight them off. Grinam Soldiers are later used to back up the Dimensional Bug Mother in its battle against the newly-assembled Vyram. All of them are defeated by the Jetmen before they go to fight the Bug Mother themselves.
Super Sentai World[]
Three years later, a group of Grinam Soldiers are among the army of past Sentai footsoldiers summoned by Zaigan to assist in Emperor Daidas' invasion of Earth, alongside some Batzler Soldiers, Golem Soldiers, Cotpotros and Dorodoros.
Gokaiger[]
Several Grinam Soldiers are part of an army of past enemy grunts fought by the Gokaigers in Los Dark's ghost dimension which houses the 1500 spirits of the villains defeated by the Super Sentai. After losing some of their number in an initial skirmish, the remaining members from each grunt group merged to form the Combined Combatant. Though the stronger opponent, the Combined Combatant proves to be unstable due to internal conflicting among the grunts composing him over who got to finish the pirates off. Taking advantage, the Gokaigers use the Battle Fever J Ranger Keys to destroy the Combined Combatant with the Penta Force cannon.

The Grinam Soldiers lacked any significant intelligence and usually spoke in mindless babbling but some could speak.
