Guardian Spirit Waller is the godly ruler of the Waller Empire and a major antagonist in Jikuu Senshi Spielban.
It is a being who resides within a pool of clean, purified water and is worshipped by the Waller Empire as its guardian deity. The reason for the Waller Empire's conquest is to steal water from planets to ensure Waller's survival. It issues orders to its subordinates through Queen Pandora, who in turn directs Waller's orders to heads of its three armies.
It was voiced by Takeshi Watabe.
Biography[]
In episode 16, Waller temporarily left the Waller Fortress Gamedeath to soak up sustenance from a reserve of purified spring water in a remote village.
To reinforce Waller's offensive in the present, Waller called out to his descendant from the year 2201, Guillotine, who was living as an alcoholic beggar due to the Waller Empire's destruction in the future. Waller revealed to Guillotine that he was the heir to Waller, and that his troubles were due to Spielban defeating Waller in the past. He had a talking gerbil named "Poss" guide Guillotine back in time to the year 1986, where he joined Waller and was declared "Emperor" by Queen Pandora. General Deathzero at first contested Guillotine's appointment, only to fall in line after being zapped by an electric shock from Waller
At the start of the new year, Waller, frustrated by the continued failures of its subordinates, called upon the malice and evils of humanity and birthed a new general for the Waller named "Youki" from a pool of liquid.
It's revealed in the finale that Queen Pandora and Waller are in fact one and the same. Waller disappeared after Pandora was destroyed by Spielban, being little more than a puppet used by the Queen.
