The Guards are minor antagonists in the 2024 animated science fiction action film Transformers One.
Both are abusive security guards in service of Sentinel Prime, similar to Darkwing, after Guard 1 was alerted of an intruder in the archives room, both arrived and found Orion Pax, they tried to capture him, but Orion tricked them and escaped in time, when they cornered Orion again in the city, D-16 manages to distract them so that his friend can escape, It is unknown what happened to them after this.
The scarlet-masked guard was voiced by Steve Blum, who also voiced the Announcer Bot in the same film, and the yellow-masked guard was voiced by Jason Konopisos-Alvarez, who also voiced Shockwave in the film.
History[]
The Guards are a pair of Cybertronians who worked for Sentinel Prime and guard the archives to keep anyone from going through them. At one point, Orion Pax a miner who sneaks in the archives all the time to learn about the Matrix and history of Cybertron and busted him many times and told him to stop coming to the archives room. Then one day, when a security drone detected an intruder in the archives room, they were sent to go catch the intruder. However, they discovered the intruder was Orion who sneak in again and had told him to stop coming in the archives room. Orion escape the duo by pretending he can transformed and they chased him across Iacon.
While searching for Orion, D-16 show up and distracted them after he bump into them. They ask him where Orion was, D-16 lied and pointed them to the wrong direction and the duo took off.
It is unknown what became of the Guards after Sentinel was exposed and killed by D-16 who became Megatron and Orion Pax who became Optimus Prime restored Cybertron and all the miners' cogs. Although it's possible they were arrested along with those who were loyal to Sentinel.
