Guerra is a supporting antagonist of the 2015 James Bond film Spectre. He is an Spanish assassin serving as a member of Spectre until the events of the film.
He was portrayed by Benito Sagredo.
History[]
Guerra was present at the SPECTRE meeting (hosted by Ernst Stavro Blofeld) following the death of Marco Sciarra. As one of the councilmen named Moreau asks if Guerra were to follow up in Sciarra's mission to assassinate former Quantum member Mr. White, Guerra responds in Spanish that he would do it.
Seeing that Guerra is willing to take the task, Moreau asks if there are any challengers for Guerra's position, to which Mr. Hinx quietly enters the conference room and stands silently alongside Guerra. Upon being asked why he is qualified to 'succeed' Guerra by Blofeld, Hinx responds by smashing Guerra's head on the meeting table, gouges his eyes with his thumbs, and breaks his neck, killing him instantly. Hinx then throws his corpse aside and takes the vacant seat, and Blofeld agrees to let Hinx take over the mission.
Following Hinx's death and Bond's capture, Blofeld told Mr. White's daughter Madelline Swann about Guerra's death and that both he and Bond witnessed it, much to Swann's disgust.
