Guild is a mysterious organization seeking to covertly kill off humans and replace them with robot lookalikes and the main antagonists of the first two episodes of Tokusou Robo Janperson.
They are based underneath an abandoned factory and led by Ben Fujinami. After being defeated by Janperson, they were followed by a successor organization called Neo-Guild.
History[]
After a human member of the organization, Hiruta, decided to betray them and escape after performing a bank robbery, three Guild Assassin Robots were sent to kill him before he could spill any of Guild's secrets. They attacked him as he was making his getaway in a police car and being pursued by the police, causing the car to crash. The three GuilBlackers then attempted to finish Hiruta off, but Janperson appeared and destroyed them all. Hiruta was then taken into custody and revealed the name of the organization he used to work for, "Guild".
Later on, after a young boy named Toru discovered a lens that could identify Guild robots while they were disguised as humans, Guild's robots abducted the boy and used him to lure out Janperson to an abandoned factory. They attempted to capture Janperson by binding him with chains but Janperson managed to escape with help from his Dark Jaycar. Janperson then entered Guild's base to save Toru and destroyed Guild's computer system, causing all of their disguised robots to be revealed. After Janperson killed Ben Fujinami and rescuing Toru, Guild was no more and all of their deactivated robots were taken away by the police and sent to a prison for robots.
Some time after their defeat however, a new organization called Neo-Guild arose formed from the original Guild and led by Ben Fujinami's brother George Makabe.
