Guillaume Hall is a major antagonist in Master Detective Archives: Rain Code.
She's voiced by Ayane Sakura in the Japanese version and by Brenna Larsen in the English version.

Chapter 3. No Longer a Detective[]
While Yuma was setting up cameras for the Resistance and hanging out with Fubuki, Guillaume and Dominic were broadcasting themselves on the news, talking about an explosion went off at Marunomon District but nobody died which she doesn't care. The Resistance made the explosion at Dohya District and suddenly she's officially pinning it on Yuma as the suspect for being a terrorist after Icardi tricked Yuma while he didn't do it, telling the citizens of Kanai Ward to kill Yuma on sight and making him nowhere to run.
As Yuma is investigating Shachi's death at Dohya District, the Peacekeeper Officers busted the door through the rooftop attempting to arrest Yuma for being a terrorist having him to remain silent and no rights to an attorney and while he's escaping, going through the emergency stairs. If Yuma goes right, Guillaume, Dominic, and the Peacekeeper officers surround Yuma, calling him a perfect straw before them. She commands Dominic to suck the water out of Yuma's butt if Dominic was thirsty, saying that Dominic loves to turn terrorists into straws. But Fubuki saves Yuma via her reverse time ability. As Yuma and Fubuki were hiding in the boxes together, she still couldn't figure out where Yuma and Fubuki are, believing that Yuma had got away. According to her daily fortune, her lucky item will be a fool's right eyeball and figuring out who can find a fool. She then commands her officers and Dominic to find Yuma otherwise they'll turn into her lucky item.
After Yuma, Fubuki and Kurumi got done investigating at the office building at Marunomon District, Guillaume, Dominic and the Peacekeeper Officers already showed up surrounding them giving them a punishment via a small pat on the head from Dominic's strong hands. They couldn't escape through the door and after Dominic busted the windows, she was excited to see Yuma being sold out of their own. She told Yuma that they got an anonymous tip by the Resistance that was worried about Yuma's future. When Fubuki changed back time, Yuma tells Fubuki to get out of the office building before Guillaume, Dominic and the Peacekeeper officers get there but they still already arrived on the scene fixing to say her "You are surrounded, so come out with your hands up!" thing and asks Yuma of why is he out there. Yuma asks Fubuki to go back time but she couldn't go back any further. Guillaume asks them of what they're talking about, she then shouts of being the main focus, she then says about if it was reality TV, their faces would be blurred out right now. She then asks Dominic if he loves throwing terrorists in the can, founded Yuma, Fubuki and Kurumi to crush and ship them to Yomi Hellsmile. But then Shinigami saves Yuma and Fubuki after opening the portal to Mystery Labyrinth over on Shachi's death.
The duo appears in the Mystery Labyrinth as Mystery Phantoms. Guillaume calls Yuma a terrorist, bomber, murderer and a maggot who doesn't deserve to live, believing that he murdered Shachi from the resistance and killing his own people makes him dumber than Dominic. Yuma explains back to her and Dominic and she couldn't hear him because she doesn't listen to criminals. As Guillaume and Dominic is about to begin their First Reasoning Deathmatch with Yuma, she commands Dominic to get a washboard and give their filthy hearts a good scrub and during the First Reasoning Deathmatch, Yuma explains that he didn't shoot Shachi when he was still on the stairs when the gunshot went off while the security footage proves it, ended up getting defeated for the first time. They reached out to Yuma, Fubuki and Shinigami for the second time, blocking their path. During their second Reasoning Deathmatch with Yuma, he explains to them that the neighboring building didn't have any windows so the only way to shoot the victim was from the rooftop and was taller than the hideout. If Shachi was sniped from that height, then the gunshot wound would've been off at that angle but it was horizontal. Based on it, it was impossible for the bullet to travel from the roof of the neighboring building, thus they ended up getting defeated for the second time. They reached out to Yuma, Fubuki and Shinigami for the third time as their official road block, making the homicide route ends there because she believes that Shachi committed suicide. Yuma explained that it was a homicide earlier and now asking that it was a suicide theory and Fubuki calls them cheaters and believing that she's defending them thus begin their third Reasoning Deathmatch with Yuma. Yuma then explains to them about Shachi not committing suicide, All of the evidence points to the contrary. Then, Guillaume knows about Yuma being super annoying and starting to crush him like a bug. Yuma then explains back that Shachi was left-handed, and was found dead on his right hand and wasn't a reason to use his non-dominant hand to commit suicide and was an obvious contradiction. When the suspect attempted to make it appear like suicide, they put the gun on his right hand, saying that someone else was involved in Shachi's death which was a setup and a homicide and Guillaume and Dominic ends up getting defeated for the third time. When Guillaume and Dominic reach out to Yuma, Fubuki and Shinigami for the fourth and last time, she was curious of what all the tweeting was about. She believes that Yuma was still fantasizing about all of his nonsense, she then explains that Shachi committed suicide and there was nobody to pursue, and saying that the suspect could run to and nobody could run off a rooftop and begin their last Reasoning Deathmatch with Yuma. Yuma explains to them that there is a culprit and a way to escape from the roof as well. She calls Yuma a downer while he was still talking about it. Yuma then explains to them again when he founds out about the way out when there was a drain below the rooftop and Yuma was correct about the suspect dove into the drain from the roof which was his escape route and then Guillaume and Dominic were defeated for the last time in the Mystery Labyrinth.
After the Mystery Labyrinth was rounded up and destroyed, Yuma, Fubuki and Kurumi were still trapped and this time, they're done for. Guillaume commands Dominic to crush Yuma, Fubuki and Kurumi's heads. While Dominic was crushing their heads, he got distracted when a Peacekeeper officer fell and Guillaume looks too which was revealed to be Halara Nightmare and Desuhiko Thunderbolt saving Yuma, Fubuki and Kurumi inside the office building. Desuhiko tells Dominic that he's messing the wrong suspect, the criminal which was outside along with Yakou Furio and Vivia Twilight saving them. Guillaume asked about how did they came from and what happens if they interfere with the Peacekeepers. Desuhiko said that they're messing with the wrong dude. He then says that the ones who planted the bombs were Servan and Icardi, he continues explaining that one of them died from a heart attack and if they ran an autopsy, they'll find the cause of death wasn't a homicide. Yakou then says that Yuma is innocent or do the Peacekeepers punish their innocence's. Guillaume asks him if Yuma proves his Innocence. Yakou made Servan explain to Guillaume when he got threatened by Icardi to make the bombs and he didn't know what was happening and says that it's true and he didn't know about the bank robbery and didn't think that would happen to Shachi and was fully done by Icardi and confessed everything and spare his live to Guillaume and Dominic. Halara explains that they captured them in front of the bank. Safe Deposit boxes were owned by the wealthy were floating nearby and were caught red-handed and one of them concluded that the events in question of the bank robbery was made by Icardi and Desuhiko also explained that the leader of the Resistance was also murdered to pin the crimes on Yuma. Halara explains that they were planning to leave Kanai Ward via the waterway and suddenly Icardi died from a seizure while trying to take more money than you can carry will only lead to your own downfall wondering if it was an expensive lession. Servan tells about Margulaw and Iruka having nothing to do with it after being asked by Yakou. The rest of the Nocturnal Detective Agency took Yuma, Fubuki, and Kurumi back to their headquarters and when Desuhiko asked Guillaume and Dominic if they didn't had a problem and calls Guillaume a terrifying kitten, growling back at Desuhiko and dropping Servan off to the office building and Guillaume still growls at them. Desuhiko tells Yuma that she's still staring at him, saying that she's in love with him and Yuma says that he doesn't know about that.
Chapter 4. The Imperfect Insider[]
After the events of Chapter 3, it was revealed by Servan that while Guillaume was taking him away along with Icardi's body, He manages to flee when Yomi appeared. He doesn't know what happened but Yomi was really mad, he ends up taking it out on Guillaume and the others. Yuma thinks that Makoto stopped him. Which made Servan a perfect opportunity to escape and asked Margulaw to help Servan hide and without him, he would've collapsed somewhere and gotten captured again. He then asks Yuma to tell him how thankful he is and Yuma will do it.
