Emperor Guillotine is a descendant of Guardian Spirit Waller from the future who comes to the past to battle Spielban and the secondary antagonist of Jikuu Senshi Spielban.
He is portrayed by Mickey Curtis, who later played Devil Cats in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
Biography[]
200 years after Spielban and Diana's battle against the Waller Empire, Guillotine lived as a hobo and spent his time rummaging for alcohol. He was then visited one day by a talking gerbil named Posu who told him Spielban was the one responsible for his woes, having defeated his ancestors in the past, and invited him to come back in time. After finding himself transported to the year 1986, Guillotine joined the Waller Empire's Earth invasion. Upon discovering his lineage, Queen Pandora declared him "Emperor" and named him the supreme commander of the Waller Empire's three armies, much to General Deathzero's dismay.
For his initial plan to defeat Spielban, Guillotine first flirted Shadow and Gasher, the subordinates of Spy Army Leader Rikki, causing the two to fall in love with him. Guillotine promised Shadow and Gasher that he would them both his right-hands if they assisted him in his plan to defeat Spielban. The plan was to have the New Battle Mechanoid Guillotine had created rough up Spielban before having Shadow and Gasher come in and stab Spielban's life support system to deliver the finishing blow. In preparation, Guillotine had them both practice stabbing the same metal Spielban's armor was made out of. After the two succeeded in penetrating the metal, Guillotine congratulated them and gave them both special daggers to use against Spielban which - unbeknownst to them - had explosives planted in them. The pair went out to stab Spielban while he was fighting a New Battle Mechanoid, but Spielban evaded them and caused both of them to drop their daggers, leading them to explode and kill both of them.
Guillotine later left Waller Castle Gamedeath to investigate the origins of Clin, Spielban, Helen and Diana's homeworld. As he was doing so however, he fell into a wormhole and seemingly perished. He later resurfaced as a mutated ghost, possessing a snake-like appendage in place of his right arm, and attacked the Grand Nazca. He was finally killed by Spielban striking him down with a slash overloaded from the Grand Nazca's energy.
