Guts Doubler (ガッツダブラー Gattsu Daburā) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Gavan who appears in episode 35. It is a Doubler who aids San Dorva and Witch Kiba in kidnapping Gavan's female allies Marin and Tsukiko Hoshino in order to lure him into their trap and kill him.
It was voiced by late Toku Nishio.
Biography[]
The Guts Doubler is seen training as it fought against the Crushers and later Beast-Alien Doublemen while San Dorva watching with its progressive. After San Dorva and Witch Kiba kidnapping both Gavan's female allies Marin and Tsukiko Hoshino and brought them to Onizuka Field to lure him into their trap, the Doubler snuck into Retsu's red Suzuki Jimny and hide in the back of the car in order to attack him once he rides to save both Marin and Tsukiko while they're being held captive. Back at the Makuu Castle, the Doubler is seen keeping an eye on both Marin and Tsukiko while both San Dorva and Witch Kiba are watching as Retsu struggled of falling in their trap.
In the cave, the Doubler went to attack Retsu from behind before unleashing a spiral electrical surges on him which ejects him to the outside. After Retsu transformed into Gavan, he attempt to used the Laser Blade against the Doubler, but only to be threatened by San Dorva into throwing it away for the sake of Marin and Tsukiko's safety. Without the Laser Blade on Gavan's hands, the Doubler was able to gained the upperhand on him until Gavan had to unleash a Dimension Bomber against it. San Dorva attempt to send his father a request to draw Gavan into a Makuu Space, but Don Horror refused since he waited for him to prove his worth of bringing Gavan's head to him by himself. After retrieving back his Laser Blade from San Dorva, Gavan is able to freed both Marin and Tsukiko from being held captive until he had to call upon both Gavion and Electronic Star-Beast Dol for a backup. Finally, Gavan went to finish off the Doubler with Gavan Dynamic.
