The Guy from Room 203 is the main antagonist of the Strangers from Hell series. He is a serial killer and the leader of a group occupying the Gosiwon. In the K-drama version, his name is Seo Moon-jo and he works as a dentist.
Biography[]
According to his conversation with Sukyoon, when he was young his father died and he was raised by a mentally ill mother (implied to be The Landlady), causing him to feel unloved. At some point, he took lead of a group of serial killers like himself which went on till the current events of the series.
Once Jongu moves into the Gosiwon, he hides himself at first until 205 starts a fight with 206 after breaking into his room. 203 introduces himself to Jongu later and asks him not to worry about what just transpired.
In the end, he succeed in making Jongu Yun becomes a murderer much like him but not before Jongu Yun ends his life in a duel to the death.
Personality[]
203 is outwardly more friendly and charismatic than his other associates, though still puts on a creepy vibe. He tries to put on a big brother figure to Sukyoon and Jongu, though can come off as awkward and stalkerish, as he will follow them even when they are on a phone call. Underneath his charismatic side, he is quite easily the most sadistic and horrifying of the group. He regularly stalks Jongu, referring to him as babe and whispering how he plans to kill him. He is also abusive towards his own allies. For unknown reasons, his main goal is driving Jongu insane, so he becomes a serial killer like him, which seemingly ends up succeeding.
