“ | Do you know why I love you, Villanelle? Because you're an agent of chaos. And I love chaos. Chaos disrupts. It rips apart and starts again. It's like a forest fire. It burns, it kills. It's monstrous, but it's beautiful. | „ |

Biography[]
Series 3[]
Hélène made a deal with Dasha, that if she got assassin Villanelle back under the Twelve's employment, they would allow her to go back to Russia. While Dasha did get Villanelle working for them again, she still became unfocused after she learnt of Eve Polastri being alive. After being contacted by MI6 informant Paul Bradwell that accountant Charles Kruger was stealing from their Geneva account, Hélène had Villanelle kill Kruger for doing so.
Impressed with Villanelle's loyalty, Hélène agreed to get her promoted and wanted to meet in person. However, she knew that she was still unfocused because of Eve and approached Dasha while she was swimming. She tells her that Villanelle needs to be focused again after her London assignment if she is to go back to Russia, even though Dasha claimed that she was being skittish. After Dasha suggested killing Eve, Hélène knew that it create other problems, ordering her to drive a wedge between her and Villanelle before leaving. Dasha complied by stabbing Eve's husband Niko in the neck and framing Villanelle for the attack.
Feeling that loose ends have been dealt with, Hélène meets with Villanelle several days later to promote her. After getting off the phone with her daughter, she congratulates Villanelle for her promotion and gives her a postcard, explaining that she still got full benefits. She said to Villanelle to enjoy Romania. The assassination went disastrous when Villanelle killed the target and left a bloody footprint behind. This prompted Hélène to realize that Villanelle needs to be replaced if she cannot work properly again, and thus, she shapes assassin Rhian Bevan to be her replacement should it come to it.
Following the disastrous mission in Romania, Hélène called for a meeting with Villanelle and introduced her to Rhian. Villanelle says that she's thinking of different ways to kill her, which Hélène doubted the claim as she recalls that killing wasn't her thing anymore. After Villanelle points out her injury, Hélène hugs her and explains that she loves her because she is a "beautiful monster" and Villanelle brings up her mother, but only tells her half the truth before requesting another assignment. Hélène allows her to take Dasha to Scotland and as she leaves, Hélène threatens her that success is essential or she could just send Rhian. Later, she sent Rhian to kill Mo Jafari, an MI6 agent asked by Carolyn Martens to investigate Paul.
After Villanelle's defection, Hélène sent Rhian to summon her forcefully, presumably on the intention of killing her for her actions. However, after Rhian ranted about how she gets to replace her, Villanelle angrily pushed her in front of an oncoming train, stopping Hélène from doing whatever it was she was planning to do with her.

Trivia[]
- Given that she can order around assassins and is able to promote agents to the rank of Keeper (one of the organizations highest employments), it is possible that Hélène herself is either a Keeper or one of the Twelve heads, but this remains to be confirmed.
- It was later revealed that she wasn't either ranks but instead more of an assassin recruiter, secretly looking to name her superiors and overthrow them.
- Camille Cottin's portrayal as Hélène is her debut on English language television.
