The H2O Bliterater 2000 is a minor antagonist in the Netflix series adaptation of the Captain Underpants franchise, The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, serving as the main antagonist of "The Worrisome Wedge of the Water Wormongers".
The H2O Bliterater 2000 is an invention made by Melvin Sneedly.
When Mr. Krupp splits the camp into Lake Summer Camp and Lake Summer Camp to afford the $80,000 LeisureMyLand inflatable private island. He builds a fence between George and Harold, hoping to turn the boys against each other. When George and Harold make a comic without each other, war begins. When they war on both camps with Melvin on George's side and Erica on Harold's side.
That night, George and Melvin have created H2O Bliterater 2000 by stealing the villain from Harold’s comic he work on with Erica to take down the other camp, but Harold, Erica and the other camp have hacked it. But the next day, since its was dark when Erica hacked it, the H2O Bliterater goes out of control and began destroying the camp.
Due to the chaos, George and Harold made a truce and promise to not let fighting get in the way of their friendship and turn Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants to fight him, but only failing to defeat him. So Melvin created Camplafire to kill him, but fails when the fire and water monsters won't became friends. So Captain Underpants decide to force friendship on them by tiding them up, which cause the fire broke balloon and water put out the fire all over the camp.
