'H2Olga is one of the main antagonists in the in-universe Crimson Chin comics in the The Fairly OddParents franchise.

She's a water-based supervillain who plans to flood the in-universe fictional city of Chincinnati and defeat the in universe superhero, the Crimson Chin.

Appearance

H2Olga's body is made entirely of light blue water. She wears a navy blue bikini, boots, gloves, and goggles.

Powers and abilities

She's capable of absorbing massive amounts of water, making her bigger and stronger, and is able to hide in bodies of water, such as a cooler. However, her biggest weaknesses are pollution in the form of sewage and anything with absorbent properties like litter or diapers.

Biography

H2Olga debuts in "Crime Wave," where she springs a trap for the Crimson Chin, just as he agreed to watch the niece of his love, Beverly Boulevard. She's unable to do much at first until the comic starts sinking into the Turners' bathtub, and she kidnaps the baby, planning to raise it into villainy. She soon becomes giant size and floods the city, threatening to destroy the book. Fortunately, the Crimson Chin soon finds out the diaper Beverly's niece is wearing is super absorbent, so he zaps himself free with laser eyes and uses the baby's diaper to take care of Olga and dry up the city.

She then makes a brief appearance in both "Catman Meets the Crimson Chin" and "The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators!", where she gets defeated by absorbent cat litter in the former, and blasted by Jimmy Neutron in the latter.

Her last appearance in the show was in "Chindred Spirits," where she showed up as one of the Chin's dates.

In the video game "Shadow Showdown", she appears as the main antagonist again in the comic book level, using a Phoenix Egg to siphon the Chin's powers, and using the city's waterworks as her headquarters. Timmy and his fairies battle their way through to the top floor and easily beat her by filling a small pool she was standing in with sewage.
