Ha Jinsung is a supporting character in the action adventure manhwa and anime series Tower of God. He is a High Ranker and the master of the Irregular Twenty-Fifth Baam. He is infamous for murdering his own family, the Ha Family, earning him the title of the "Slaughterer of the Ha Family."
He is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi in Japanese.

He is also infamous for having murdered many, including his own family.
