The Hades Beast Specter is a minor antagonist of Mahou Sentai Magiranger, appearing in Episode 10 as the main antagonist. The Hades Beast Specter is the specter-themed monster, that was sent to the Surface Realm by High Zobiru on the orders of Branken. He was sealed in the jar and usually entered a person to turn him into a ravenous monster before eating the host from the inside out.
Biography[]
Hades Beast Specter first appeared in the city, when High Zobiru attacked the town and grabbed the people. They were carrying the cannister with this Hades Beast and planned to infect one man with it. Magirangers arrived and fought Zobiru, saving the day, but Makito carried the cactus, called Petit-Eriko, given to him by his girlfriend Eriko. When Makito tossed the cactus in the air, the monster went out of the cannister and merged with the cactus. Magirangers then destroyed the High Zobiru and retrieved the cactus.
Back at the house Mandora-Boy was screaming. Makito had the headphones and took Mandora-Boy's pot for Petit-Eriko.
At Infershia Nai and Mea showed Branken the empty canister. Wolzard accused Branken for getting in his way. Nai said Specter latches to anyone.
Back at the house, the cactus ate the books and became bigger. The next day, Makito was happy to find the cactus "Petite Eriko" even bigger. Mandora-Boy told the heroes of it eating and everyone thinks he was dreaming. The plant then ate their food. When they looked, nothing happened. Suddenly, a flower had grown. Makito was excited and ran to Eriko and showed her the plant. She thought it was a new cactus and that he was lying. Eriko said there is no way a sweltering man like Makito could be with her. Makito quarreled with Eriko and left her.
Later, Makito sat with the plant in a field. He saw its mouth and it walked away. The plant then ate his bike and became a monster. The siblings chased after the monster and encountered Nai, Mae and Zobiru. Specter ate humans. Eriko got in the path of the monster. Makito runs off. The others fought the Zobiru. They then transformed.
Makito found Eriko's bag and asked for the forest to help him find her. The trees helped Makito and pointed in the direction. As Makito continued, trees point him in the right direction as Eriko ran from the monster. She triped, falls and Makito attacked the monster down. He shielded Eriko and was about to transform but knew he couldn't when she watched. He told her to run away. The monster took him down. After Eriko appeared and cheered him up, by saying she loved him and apologizing before him, Makito fought the monster. He successfully took the monster down. He transformed and presented himself and fights him. He asked for the power of the forest and a big Green Ground attack was performed, destroying the Specter. Siblings then united.
After Specter was revived and made big by Wolzard, Magirangers formed MagiKing. They took down the monster. Makito got a new spell. They performed this spell to lift the Spectre out of the plant. They then did the Magical Climax on the Specter, destroying the villain.
