Hakaizer is a cyborg assassin serving the Tojitendo and a supporting antagonist in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.
He was originally Isao Goshikida, a scientist who was the father of Kaito and the inventor of the Zenkai Gears, until he was captured and forcibly fused with his creation by Ijirude, turning him into a loyal servant of the Tojitendo.
He is played by Daijiro Kawaoka.
Biography
Isao and his wife Mitsuko were kidnapped by the Tojitendo and kept imprisoned in stasis by Ijirude, the Tojitendo's Mechanic Officer. Ijirude would probe Isao's mind for ideas, using his schematics for the Zenkai Gears to create the Tojiru Gears. Eventually, some time after Mitsuko was freed and escaped to an unknown world, Isao's mind became exhausted of ideas. To stimulate his brain, Ijirude opted to fuse Isao with his own creation and brainwash him into being a loyal soldier of the Tojitendo as Hakaizer.
Hakaizer first saw action when he was deployed during the Zenkaigers battle against Persimmon World. Hakaizer intervened in the fight to give the World a chance to strike at the Zenkaigers before the two exited the scene after the Zenkaigers were beaten.
Hakaizer would participate again in the battle between the Zenkaigers and Halloween World. During the battle, the four Kikanoids were able to keep Hakaizer occupied for long enough to discover his true identity as Isao Goshikida when he ran out of power. Before they could do anything however, Isao was brought back to Kikaitopia by Ijirude to recharge his energy.
Hakaizer would later be upgraded into Hakaizer Kai and sent into battle again with his personal mecha HaKaijuOh. HaKaijuOh was destroyed in battle against ZenKaijuOh, though Hakaizer Kai survived and would later engage his son, Zenkaizer, in a final confrontation. During the fight, Kaito managed to drain Hakaizer of power and remove his father from the Hakaizer suit, freeing him from the Tojitendo's grasp.
