Hakkotsu Doubler (ハッコツダブラー Hakkotsu Daburā, lit. Bone Doubler) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Gavan who appears in episode 28. It is a bone-like Doubler who helps Monica in assassinating Gavan before it killed her for her betrayal and insubordination towards Makuu.
It was voiced by late Eisuke Yoda, who also voiced Volcano Mask General Magman in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, Shine in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, Führer Taboo in Dai Sentai Goggle V, and Lu-Long, Parchis, Demost and Silver Shark in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
Biography[]
While Retsu went to follow Monica to take the Flower of Life to save Mimi from succumbing from the poison, the Hakkotsu Doubler and the Crushers went to attack Retsu, until he transformed into Gavan to finished them all with Dimension Bomber before he went to confront Monica outside.
After Retsu rescued Monica from her imprisonment, the Doubler and the Crushers went to attack Monica before the former threw a bone bomb at her, which resulted in killing her. Enraged over Monica's death, Retsu decide to avenge her and transform into Gavan. The Doubler attempt to threw a bone bomb at him, but Retsu managed to redirect the bomb back to it before they fought. After they're dragged into a Makuu Space, Gavan initially gains the upperhand on the Doubler before it and the fighters fired at him, which he had to call upon Dol to deal with them. Despite struggled in fighting against it, Gavan managed to finish off the Doubler with Gavan Dynamic.
