Halbet Chevour is a minor antagonist in Black Clover. She is a Dark Disciple serving Vanica Zogratis, one of the Dark Triad's Dark Disciples.
Personality[]
Halbet is an incredibly vainglorious and sadistic woman, who is obsessed with her own beauty. Like Vanica's other minions, she shows fervent devotion towards her mistress as well.
Biography[]
Heart Kingdom Joint Struggle Arc[]
Halbet was one of the five Dark Disciples who accompanied Vanica into the invasion against Heart Kingdom. She managed to defeat Potrof, one of the five Spirit Guardians, on her own and burnt down the Polnfrume Forest. As the citizens of Heart Kingdom wallowed in despair, Halbet only taunted them and delighted over the scene.
However, Halbet was soon confronted by Charmy Patterson, who was enraged and disgusted by Halbet's actions. Gloating and mocking Charmy, Halbet attacked her and broke through Charmy's defense, whilst pointing out how inferior the Cotton Magic was comparing to Halbet's own Hair Magic. Halbet also proclaimed that she didn't need to eat anything, and only injected herself with nutritions in order to keep her beauty.
Then, as Charmy was seemly defeated, Halbet used her hair to cover Charmy into a cocoon in an attempt to suffocate her, but Charmy transformed into her adult form with Food Magic and attcked Halbet, with her wolf eating away most of Halbet's hair. Shocked, Halbet could do nothing else as Charmy weakened her and punched her in the face multiple times, leaving Halbet's face swollen and deformed.
Nevertheless, Halbet was later revived by Vanica alongside other defeated Dark Disciples. She spitefully cursed Charmy and vowed vengeance, but Charmy refused to surrender. Later in the battle, Vanica detonated all of her Dark Disciples with her magic before taking Lolopechika with her. As her body swelled under Vanica's spells, Halbet react in shock and disbelief, asking Vanica why she would do that but was killed in the following explosion.
