Han Fu (한복) aka Legend Hero Pan Feng is a member of the Mi Zhu Brothers and an antagonist in Legend Heroes.

Seeking the affections of the kindergarten teacher Mari, who had many other admirers, Han Fu began stealing gifts for Mari to use to grant her students' wishes. This eventually caught the attention of Cao Cao, who went to go fight him, but Han Fu managed to get away by firing one of his stink bombs at him, buying him time to flee.
Han Fu was later caught by Mari delivering one of his gifts and was thanked by her for granting her children's wishes. Thinking he has now obtained his dream, Han Fu attempts to cancel his contract in the Dream Battle only to learn he has not gotten his dream yet. He is then informed by Mari that he only has 98% of her heart and to get the remaining two percent he has to grant the rest of her children's wishes.
However, Han Fu is soon confronted by Cao Cao again along with Liu Bei and the two manage to defeat him by deflecting one of his stink bombs back at him and severing one of the tubes to his helmet so he can be hit by the bomb's smell. He then fights the two in a final battle and is defeated when Cao Cao plugs the nozzles of his stink sprayers in his mecha, causing them to overload and destroy it.
Defeated, Han Fu's Legend Changer is broken, causing him to be disqualified from the Dream Battle and to forget all about his affections for Mari. When Mari came to him later asking him to grant more wishes Han Fu ignored her, causing Mi Zhu to wonder how he could handle breakups so well.
