Happy is a minor antagonist in the 2020 DC Extended Universe film Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn).
Happy is a member of Black Mask's Gang who assisted Galante in murdering their rivals, the Bertinelli crime family. Later he would hunt Harley Quinn after finding out that she wasn't protected by the Joker anymore. Things wouldn't go planned and Happy would be shot in the neck with an arrow by Huntress.
He was played by Matthew Willig, who also portayed Little Chino in Dexter, The Terror in Keep Watching, One-Eye in We're the Millers, Lash in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Creep in 3 From Hell, and voiced Juggernaut in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions.

Backstory[]
Happy would help the Galante Crime Family in killing their rivals, the Bertinelli crime family. Happy would massacre the family in order to become the most powerful mafia in Gotham besides Black Mask's gang who would support them financially. Happy and the Galante crime family would be successful in killing the members of the rival mafia. However one would be spared, Helena, who would later become Huntress. Later Happy would be tied up to a chair by the Joker and Harley Quinn. Joker would put a permanent tattoo on his face of a clown mask.
Birds of Prey[]
After Harley Quinn and Joker would break up, Happy would find Harley Quinn in an alley. Happy, realizing that Harley and Joker aren't a couple anymore, would attempt to kill Harley Quinn using his crowbar. Happy would swing with his crowbar but before he would land a hit, he would be shot by Huntress using an arrow, which would kill him.
