Harbel is a walrus-themed criminal and is the main antagonist in episode 42 of 2000 TV series called Mirai Sentai Timeranger.
He was voiced by Kenji Nomura who previously voiced Desphias, Beast Baron Cobolda and later voiced King Bibi and Debo Hyogakki.
History[]
Harbel made his first appearance at an abandoned parking lot with Gien and a couple of Zenitts as he was getting very impatient with the doc as he want to rampage very bad.
A while later they appeared at the Kawasaki lab ready to invade it and to obtain the Lambda 2000 and during the invasion he managed to injure a scientist named Mr. Asami and since Naoto is in the building he transformed into TimeFire and battle him while Gien battle the Timerangers outside.
As this goes on Harbel was then critically injured with TimeFire finisher DVRefreezer. However Harbel managed to remove the depression seal that's been located on his left thigh to enlarge himself prompting TimeFire to bring out V-Rex to battle the criminal. After that Harbel was then recaptured by this finisher called Max Blizzard, but on the bright side during the invasion Gien escapes with the Lambda 2000, thanks to Captain Ryuya's help.
Trivia[]
- Of all the Hell's Gate Prisoners, Harbel is the only inmate who was not adapted as a mutant for Power Rangers Time Force, presumably because he was shooting at innocent people with bazooka.
