Harley Quinn is the main protagonist of the 2024 action anime TV series Suicide Squad Isekai.
Formerly a psychiatrist of Gotham City, she became the right-hand and girlfriend of the criminal mastermind the Joker. After being caught by Amanda Waller and her organization the A.R.G.U.S., she was brought alongside other criminals to enter another world to complete a special mission within a countdown of 72 hours.
She is voiced by Anna Nagase in Japanese and Karlii Hoch in English.
Harley is a beautiful slender pale woman with pinkish red and blue makeup around her cyan-colored eyes, a heart below her right one, and blood red lipstick on her lips. Her hair is blonde colored and tied in two pigtails at the top of her head dyed in pink, red, and blue colors. She sports a half-colored black and red jacket over a half-black and red leather covering her chest. She wears shorts of the same design and a maroon belt around her waist. Her legs wear torned grey leggings and a pair of black and red boots. Compared to other prisoners, she can be depicted as rather petite by Deadshot.
As a psychiatrist in the past, Harley sported a white lab coat and had a professional look with her hair tied to the back. She wore glasses and bore a stern expression.

As the right hand of the Joker, Harley is very mischievous and loyal to him, aiding him in his crimes across Gotham City. She is very confident in her abilities, able to take down several men on her own. When being overpowered by Katana, she remains somewhat tense and compliments her opponent's katana as she evades her attacks. Upon being caught by officials, she remains unfazed and only expressed her loyalty and her desire to be back at Joker's side knowing well that he would not be caught. She gets disgusted when being woken up by someone she deemed as not her type and is complementive about the type of person she meets.

At some point, Harleen became a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, where she was assigned to treat the Joker, a criminally insane sociopath. She eventually fell in love with him, and helped him escape. He then proceeded to drive her insane, making her prove her loyalty to him by jumping into a vat of acid at Ace Chemicals, bleaching her skin and hair. After this, Harleen became the Joker's partner in crime known as "Harley Quinn", doing anything she could to please him. The couple caused chaos around Gotham for years, making plenty of enemies. Harley's blind love for the Joker drove her to do anything for him.
