Harry Bellinger is an antagonist in the Marvel Comics. He is the boyfriend of Marcella Callasantos who eventually became her second husband and step father two her kids Lucia and Maria who eventually became the mutants Thornn and Feral. He appears in a flashback when Thornn and Feral talk about their childhood.
Biography[]
Harry Bellinger became Marcella's boyfriend after her husband left her with four children then later died from a drug overdose. Before meeting Harry Marcella's first husband Mr. Callasantos was an abusive man, a drunk and drug addict much like wife. The two would often get into fights or arguments while ignoring their children. But after Marcella had two more kids, this time twins, Matteo and Carolina, Mr. Callasantos left neither him or his wife wanted the responsibility of being parents.
Not long after Mr. Callasantos walked out Marcella's conditions stated to get worse she also would meet Harry Bellinger and would allow him to come live with her family. Harry was an abusive, drunk and drug addict like Marcella's first husband Lucia couldn't believe their mother fell in love with another bad man while Maria was angry that their mother picked another man over their own father. Because Mr. Callasantos left while Lucia and Maria were still young Maria couldn't remember what her father was like but Lucia could remember Maria thought their dad was a good man and didn't like that her mother chose a bad man like Harry.
Similar to Mr. Callasantos Harry put all the blame on Marcella and her kids for anything that went wrong in his life. Although Harry wasn't the only one Marcella also put the blame on her children for her life being mess that it is. While Maria blame their mother and her younger siblings the twins for their father walking out on them Lucia was to scared to say or do anything about the problems the family face. Over time the Matteo and Carolina mysteriously died when left alone with Maria in so called accidents causing their mother to lash out even more on her two oldest daughters because the younger siblings were her favorite out of all four kids.
Aside from Harry and Marcella's abusive behaviors along side their addicts Harry was a man who hung around bad people criminals, scumbags often introducing Marcella and her kids to these people. As time went on once Maria and Lucia started becoming teenagers Harry started to become attracted to both of them this attraction or lust grow even more once Lucia and Maria's mutations started happening. Harry didn't care that they were mutant once they started developing their feline features Harry told them that he loved ferries. Harry tried to sexually take advantage of his two step daughters and rape their even though Lucia was the oldest she was to scared to do anything Maria finally had enough she attacked Harry killing him and saving her sister.
Once Harry was killed and Marcella found out what happened to him she was angry instead of hurting or abusing Maria and Lucia she decided to punish them a different way. Because Maria killed Harry the man Marcella loved she decided to kill the only thing Maria cared about her pet pigeons after that Maria finally snapped and killed her mother. After that Maria and Lucia became the mutants Feral and Thornn.
