Detective Harvey Bullock is a major antagonist in Season 1 of the 2024 DC animated series, Batman Caped Crusader.
He is a corrupt cop along with his partner Arnold Flass, under the payroll of Rupert Thorne.

Personality[]
Bullock is greedy, corrupt and hot-headed. He doesn't seem to care about the safety of his fellow officers or the people of Gotham as long as he can achieve his goals.
Bullock is also shown not to have any remorse about killing people just like when he shot Firebug, who was unarmed after his flamethrower ran out of fuel and he was willing to surrender.
Biography[]
Bullock was a corrupt cop working for the GCPD, while informing for mob boss Rupert Thorne. He and his partner, Arnold Flass are considered by many to be the two worst cops in Gotham.

- Unlike previous incarnations, this version of Bullock is a fully corrupt cop, as well as being the first version to be a villain.
