Biography[]

In the comic about Wedgie Magee that George and Harold made they used to scare Kipper Krupp and his goons, a kindergarten student who was constantly the target of bullying from the group of kids. In addition, the bullies stole his money and gave him wedgies. When he finally had enough, he went to meet a Gypsy Lady. Wedgie mentioned that he frequently gets wedgies, and she promised to offer him a special potion to assist. Instead of giving him the Anti-Wedgie Potion as planned, she gives him a Voodoo Ghost Potion as she forgot her spectacles. She told Wedgie he had to pour the potion on his pants and he would have to do this every time the bullies came by to give him a wedgie.

He spilled it onto his pants when the bullies came around the following day to give him a wedgie. The pants turned into a ghost and vanished. Nobody was afraid, and they are giddy with laughter. Then shame claimed his life. The night Wedgie Magee passed away, his pants returned to haunt the bullies. On his way home from school, he devoured the first bully; during dinner, he devoured the second; and before bed, he devoured the third. His pants are buried after that, but he will return to bullies of kindergarteners. A extra section page describing to the reader or Kipper and his buddies how he could get cursed and how to break it can be found at the back of the comic book.

These are the causes:

  • You begin acting strangely and other things.
  • Dresses, bracelets, and dolls are what you want to play with.
  • Ectoplasm and spiders are found on your belongings.
  • Pizza is an awesome snack that tastes spicy and burns your mouth.
  • You get burns all over your armpits and whatnot.

The only way to break this curse is to make up for all you done wrong and vow to never again pick on anyone.

However, Tippy Tinkletrousers, regrettably, goes back in time to escape form Captain Underpants. The scene then returns to Kipper and his companions fleeing the school. Tippy and his Robo-pants now make an appearance. Tippy's conversation with Kipper and his companions during the night led them to believe that Tippy was haunting Wedgie Magee's pants, which drove them nuts. Next, Tippy goes back four years to a time when George and Harold were ready to be arrested in Book 8, Tippy was unaware of the fact that his actions caused Kipper and his friends to be admitted to a mental health facility and made Mr. Krupp the prime suspect in the sixth graders' insanity (in both the original and modified timeline, Mr. Krupp was accidentally beaten up by his own nephew and his friends while fleeing the school during a blackout). Officers arrive and place the blame on Mr. Krupp. This ultimately resulted in Mr. Krupp's firing, which meant that the villains from the first three novels would be free to rule the world without any hindrance in a few years as he would not be mesmerized by the 3D Hypno Ring into becoming Captain Underpants.
