Heatbat is an antagonist in Ben 10. He was originally a bat who was hit by Dr. Animo's ray charged by cover of the Omnitrix and was mutated with Pyronite DNA.
Appearance[]
Heatbat resembles a hybrid of a bat and a Pyronite in appearance. Although it looks like a Pyronites, it has a bat-like form with a body made of inner magma and yellow flames around the head.
Biography[]
Heatbat is bat mutated by Dr. Animo when he stole the face plate of the omnitrix. It attacked Ben, Gwen and Maxx and then Ben transforms into Diamond Matter. Diamond Matter tried to fight him off, but Heatbat grabbed and dropped him into the water. Heatbat headed back to their boat to attack, though Max splashed water into it. It flew away, and headed back to Animo. Later, Heatbat along with Mutant Frog battled Ben Tennyson as Heat Jaws, but they were both defeated by Heat Jaws.
Powers and Abilities[]
Heatbat has pyrokinesis like Pyronites, a such fire breath, immunity to fire-based attacks, enhanced strength and durability, and flight like normal bats.
Weaknesses[]
Like Pyronites, Heatbat can be put out by water, and can feel great discomfort from Heat Jaws' strong bite.
