He is a traitor to the team that passed Hoxton to the police. He must be killed in a contract with Hoxton's Revenge, where agents and special forces of the FBI are engaged in his protection.
Bonnie found out about Hoxton’s setup, as well as about the place where the person who had handed over the criminal was located, from Hector’s relative Juliana Morales, who was sitting with the Scottish woman in the same prison cell, and after the release the gangster hastened to share this knowledge with Hoxton, receiving in return from him an invitation to join the PAYDAY gang.
He is one of the three new "kings" of Qatar, the "Scribe", the other two being The Dentist and The Elephant.
Gameplay[]
He is seen in the end of Hoxton Revenge after breaching the vault, though depending on the approach either loud or stealth, if loud Hector would come up with a Improved Combined Tactical Vest with a riot gear helmet and an IZHMA 12G, Depending on the difficulty his health amount would depend from five hundred to nine thousand. it's recommended to use high powered weapons or explosives, the HRL-7 can instantly kill him regardless of difficulty. He is also allied with the police, which means enemies will not attack him.
If stealth Hector would come out after the panic room unlocked, he would exit the vault unarmored though when he attacks you he pulls out a Chimano 88, he has eighty health in stealth, thus making him easy to be killed. However unlike guards Hector doesn't have a pager, though he can still be bagged.

Trivia[]
- After opening the panic room during loud, Hector would either say "HERE'S HECTOR!" or "SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND!". This is a reference to a the films The Shining and Scarface.
- During loud Hector would be seen aiding the police despite him being a criminal, this was implied that he allied himself with the police.
- There is heavy amount of clues that foreshadowed Hector's betrayal.
- Overall all of his contracts have an high guarantee of escape missions occurring, suggesting that the police are on very high alert or Hector informed them that the gang are in that specific area. To add insult to injury there is no option to hire an Expert Driver on any of his contracts (except for Firestarter day 3).
- In the first day of Watchdogs, he let the police know about truck containing both the drugs and crew, which gives the police a chance to capture them, regardless of the gang having airtight cover (the police would only level so much force at a single meat truck if they're absolutely certain dangerous criminals are inside). The gang is was able to avoid police attention for awhile until the start of the heists.
- In the first day of Rats, the police managed to find the isolated meth lab very quickly (dispite both extremely out of the way and hard to find) but when the gang arrives, after cooks where killed by the ambush, which gave the chance for the police to deal with the gang.
- In the first day of Firestarter, the FBI comes in as soon as enter the airport; while they clearly know that the airport is being used for weapons smuggling operations, and again they only assault the area once the Payday Gang is confirmed to be there.
- In the third day of the latter heist, Hector tells the gang to record them burning the blood money so that the Mendozas can see with their own eyes. But in reality he used it just to give to the FBI so they can build up evidence against the PAYDAY crew, regardless of how you did the heist, the FBI will still have the evidence.
