Heewon, also known as Kumiho, (Korean: 희원) is a character from The Haunted House/Shinbi Apartment franchise. She is an Nine Tailed who wants to steal victim's souls for avenge of her stepfather's death, she is meeting Leon Raymond and she loves him so much. She is an arch-enemies of Centipede Ghost.
She was voiced by Kim Haru.
Biography[]
Heewon, with her supernatural abilities, sought out other men to absorb their souls. As she moved through the unfamiliar town, a man happened upon her and witnessed this chilling act. His terror was palpable as he realized the consequences of crossing paths with Heewon, ultimately leading to the loss of his own soul.
The next day, Leon entered the streets and asked other men to find ghosts, monsters, or demons; a man asked him where the mountain was, and Heewon sneaked in and saw Leon's soul body; Leon looked to the left when he noticed, and she hides that she is preparing to steal his souls soon. Leon walks to the mountain and falls off as a trap, and Heewon gave her hand for help, despite Leon's thanks to her for helping, she refuses to let him leave because he has a hand injury and must return home. She uses her bandage to prevent the hand's damage, she was told about her step father died in long ago and Leon meet her for ask her name. She will be back soon to find another victim's souls.
Heewon transforms into a Kumiho form and discovers another man's souls, She returns home and transforms back into a human form. She notices noises and prepares to use her razor-sharp claws as a weapon, until turns the lights on, he is him again when asked if a light is broken, it is actually works fine.
Early in the morning, Heewon and Leon skillfully prepare a delicious breakfast for us. Despite their busy schedules, they make time to cook satisfying dinners for our group. As promised, we will embark on our planned adventure to the mountains afterwards.
Leon and Heewon were going to the mountains and suddenly there is a footstep on the snow that could be a ghost, monster, demon or something, but she won't let Leon to find out instead they just continued the adventure, Leon then grabbed her to look out at the snowy tree top and the snow fell again onto Leon's head as a snowman, Heewon just realizes the feeling of childhood. She smiles and laughs at him for having fun together, She and Leon noticed a man's snow riders' footsteps. She remembered when she stole victims' souls and looked at the bottom fur, hiding her back until Leon didn't find out, and suddenly they're hearing and the fall of the snow, and they're sliding the snow riders, she can't run and Leon holds her, and she is blushing for saving her life and through to the cave. They were stuck together that we need to wait.
They were asked about her stepfather died in the long ago, her stepfather saw the Kumiho that she was hurt until regenerating her health quickly and the warriors founds her that we need to kill her, he grabs her that he don't want to kill her, he is chasing by the warriors until it is dead end to fall down, and the warriors complain to kill Kumiho, he saves her lives until she became more aggressive, powerful and monstrous, and kills the warriors off screen.
Later, Leon is sleeping for waiting until sunrise, and she will prepare to eat Leon's soul for the last time, she can't collect her souls because she remembered him for treated her warmly before for being childhood friends together and saving her life.
In the morning, Leon wakes up and removes the snow. He wakes her up and they go together. She blushes again for the reason to go together. She has an ankle injury, so she can't walk. Leon holds his back on Heewon to sit him. They hear an earthquake and suddenly a Centipede Ghost appears. Leon defends her to defeat the Centipede Ghost. She uses her claws, but she still forgets that she can't use them as an identifier. She reacts to Leon's Aegis power to take the Centipede Ghost down. She yells Leon to be careful, Centipede Ghost fails to attack Heewon as Leon rescues her. However, Centipede Ghost then attacks him and she transforms into a Kumiho form to start fighting him. She helps Leon by using his card to burn Centipede Ghost to death. He recovers Heewon's right arm and explains to her that he knows she is a Kumiho because he saw a picture of her stepfather in her house. He also hears a noise that suggests she cannot steal Leon's soul. He asks her about his teacher's name, Luman, who is the strongest Aegis Exorcist. Luman became a vampire after Joachim bit his neck and controlled his mind to attack Leon, Ian, and Kang-lim Choi. Heewon wants to release all of her souls to return the souls of other victims, but she feels guilty for her past mistakes and decides to leave. Leon notices Heewon's dropped bracelet.
