Heller is the main antagonist of episodes 37-50 of The Ultraman, the 8th entry of the Ultraman franchise. He is the leader of the Heller army and an exiled Ultra.
He is voiced by Tamil Oki.

The Ultraman[]
Prior to the series, he proposed to his people the idea of abandoning their transformation powers in favor of using the power of the Ultra mind to make themselves immortal. However, due to the Ultras of U40 disliking this, they exiled him alongside his 3,000 followers.
