Henry Tibbs is a major antagonist in the episode "Ring Around the Rosie" of the TV show, The Mentalist.
He was played by Christian Camargo, who played Brian Moser in Dexter, Dracula in Penny Dreadful, and Mr. Aunspach in Student Body.
Biography[]
Henry Tibbs is a character who appears in the episode Ring Around the Rosie of The Mentalist. Portrayed by Christian Camargo, he is introduced as an insurance salesman with a dark and dangerous side. Behind his ordinary profession, Henry is revealed to be a budding mass killer with intentions of committing a public assassination, targeting a high-profile figure, the mayor.
Suspicious behavior drew the attention of Patrick Jane, who suspected Henry was a latent psychopath gathering the nerve to act on violent fantasies. Jane observed Henry stalking the mayor and attempted to convince his new supervisor, Luther Wainwright, of the imminent threat Henry posed.
The tension culminates at a mayoral benefit event, where Henry draws a gun and tries to open fire. However, the bullets in his weapon had been replaced with blanks, preventing any casualties. He is arrested on the spot for attempted murder and taken into custody.

He has a suicidal, depressed and delusional personality, he often thinks of committing Mass Murder and ending himself in this act, and could be a psychopath / sociopath.
