Biography[]
The Water Park Murders[]
Henry is the elect mayor of the Angel Falls territory. While he likes to put up an affable facade for his citizens, in reality he is a control freak who wishes to expand his influence across the whole territory by any means necessary. In order to achieve this, Henry greenlights the Waters Cove project, a mall super structure that would stand by the heart of the town as a way to show his greatness, but the project would never be done unless Roger Evans, an old entrepreneur who was good friends with Henry's dad, would give up his house to be demolished.
Roger has been denying his offer for many years now, and this time it wouldn't be any different. So in a night of Christmas, Henry decides to condone a white robe and a mask to end the Evans family for good. He invades Roger's home and slices his throat, then follows his granddaughter to brutally kill her with a dagger. This murder is witnessed by Winnie Carruthers, the daughter of one of his best friends and loyal employees David and also best friend of Cara Evans.
Winnie decides to confront the killer but gets overpowered by him, and would have died if not for her brother's intervention. The two confront the hooded killer in a skirmish that results in Winnie frying up the assailant with a pair of crocodile clips connected to a battery. She unmasks him just to reveal it was Mayor Waters.
The Aurora's Wish[]
One year later after the original murders, the whole town seemed to have moved on from the tragedy except Winnie herself, who has to carry the guilt of killing Mayor Waters. When the night of Christmas comes again, she enters in a breakdown because she is sick of pretending nothing happened while her best friend died and her whole life breaks apart. A mysterious aurora appears in the sky near a dock, and Winnie makes her wish of never being born. This results in her being transported to a reality in which she never stopped the killer from continuing his spree. She quickly finds out Angel Falls has transformed in miserable place where all of her previous friends and family have sunken themselves deep into drugs and addiction.
What is worst: The town has being isolated by the same murderer she originally stopped ever since the first murders, now named The Angel. It is up to Winnie to stop him again before the aurora fades away and she gets stuck in that reality forever.
Final Battle and Death[]
Henry then corrupt Winnie's dad David, as "The Angel" to continue his plan until Winnie and Bernie killed him. As they tried to stop Henry when Winnie wish for she's going back into her reality where she lives didn't work, he revealed that he has the members of the town under some sort of supernatural spell that places them under his control. He admonishes his brother Buck for putting in a transfer request to be sheriff of another town, then publicly executes him, dressing him in The Angel costume and putting his corpse on display. Winnie and Bernie confront him and accuse him of the deaths of the past year. Henry reveals that when he killed Jimmy, he broke David's spirit and put him under his control, making him his accomplice. He tries to kill Winnie and Bernie and have the townspeople help him do it. Winnie and Bernie kill him first, breaking the spell of his hold over the townspeople. Winnie and Bernie return to the bridge and the aurora as Winnie go home, leaving the Mayor plans all in vain.
