Hetz is one of the overarching antagonists of the Disney Junior TV Show, Elena of Avalor.
He was voiced by Andy García, who also portrayed Vincent Corleone in The Godfather: Part III, Detective Brolin in Let's Be Cops, Terry Benedict in Ocean's Eleven, Marsh in Expend4bles, El Toro in True Memoirs of an International Assassin, and Miles Edwards in Max Steel.

Nothing was truly known about Hetz's past except that Many centuries ago, he and the Shadows of the Night were somehow able to break out of their world, and into the EverRealm and they started terrorizing the realm. Luckily, the Maruvians used the Jewel of Maru, and were able to stop the Shadows of the Night and banished them to the spirit realm. But the magic was so powerful it sent all the Maruvians to the spirit-world as well and destroyed the kingdom of Maru, which would ultimately lead to the founding of the kingdom of Avalor.
