Hifumi Oshibu is the main antagonist of Sanda. He is the dictatorial principal of Daikoku Welfare Academy. He is infamous for always surveilling his school's student to avoid any form of trauma.
He is voiced by Toshihiko Seki in Japanese and Lucien Dodge in English Dub.
Appearance[]
Hifumi is an elderly man in his early 90s but with the face of a youthful man thanks to having undergo plastic surgery. The only part of his body not to have plastic surgery are both of his hands which look way older as part of his actual age. He typically wears a light turquoise suit with a black necktie and a white shirt underneath, covered by a navy-colored coat. His voice and hair are shown to have been modified as they are still black and have a sound youthful respectfully.
Personality[]
At first, Hifumi appeared to be a welcoming man who talks in a smooth tone. However, he soon reveals himself as a controlling and manipulative man.
Trivia[]
- Oshibu likes young and lively kids but does not like kids growing up, in puberty and such he dislikes and thinks is unfit for the school he oversees.
