High Heel is an antagonist of the "Annual 2014" comic of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She is a supervillainess of the Power Ponies.
Biography[]
When Maretroplis hosted a fashion show, High Heel tried to steal all of its shoes.
High Heel was later seen in Balkham Asylum joining with Long-Face, Pharaoh Phetlock, and Smudge. When Mane-iac offered them to become a team, even having Shadowmane give them their supplies, Pharaoh Phetlock agreed. They escaped jail and went to Sparkle Labs, where they lured the Power Ponies, who didn’t get along at first, into a trap. High Heel managed to trap Zapp in one of her shoes, she then obtained Saddle Rager's superpowers through the use of a machine and used them to wreak havoc across Maretropolis.
After Humdrum was able to have the Power Ponies officially become friends, they decided to break the friendship of the supervillains. After they escaped, they managed to get High Heel and Shadowmane to fight while defeated the Mane-iac, Long Face and Smudge. After obtaining the machine, Saddle Ranger got her superpowers back and defeated High Heel, she was then sent back to prison.

High Heel also appears on My Little Pony: Nightmare Knights Issue #1 page 12 and as a character in Gameloft's mobile game.
Her bio states "The Footwear-Filching Femme Fatale herself! If WE had a car shaped like a shoe, we'd put it to MUCH less villainous use."
