Governor Hiram Welles is an antagonist in the Smallville novel "Hauntings". He was a governor who rented out a haunted mansion.
Biography[]
After a lab experiment gone wrong leaves the girl Ginger fatherless, she and her mother moves to Smallville. Her mom rents a mansion owned by Hiram Welles and the two start moving in. However, it was later revealed that the mansion Hiram had rented out was haunted by angry ghosts.
