Hirano Shogen, commonly known as a Shokan, is a major antagonist in the adventure historical manga and anime series The Elusive Samurai.
He is voiced by Hiroki Tōchi in Japanese.
Appeearance[]
Hirano is a towering robust bald man of dark beige-colored skin.
He wears a traditional samurai armor set with a cream-colored robe with light brown, vein-like patterns on the sleeves. Over it, he wears a white chest plate with covered with ants. His chest plate is fastened with red cords. His armor with green and black panels covering his torso and lower body. His arms are equipped with a pair of sturdy arm guards. He wears a red belt tied firmly at his waist with the same cream color as his robe that features the same vein-like patterns at his lower parts. His legs are covered with black, form-fitting leggings that provide mobility and are paired with traditional white and green sandals, secured with white cords.
