Hitomi Maki is a minor antagonist in Kamen Rider OOO. She is the abusive sister of Kiyoto Maki and responsible for his descent into madness and Maki's nihilistic philosophy.
She was portrayed by Marie Kai.
Biography[]
Hitomi Maki was left to raise her little brother as his guardian out of unknown circumstance. Since what happened to their parents is not known. Anyhow she mistreated Kiyoto Maki and instead of cherishing him like he did to her, Hitomi told him that beauty arises in things only after it is destroyed. Along with these things having to die when at its peak of beauty. Being an aristocrat she decided on abandoning Kiyoto and left him with a doll called Kiyo-chan as a replacement for her.
This was all as she was getting married and moving out with no remorse to Kiyoto's feelings. Maki was pushed to the edge and testing this nihilistic theory he murdered her by setting her room on flames.
Personality[]
Hitomi was a ruthless psychopath who had no qualms in how she treated Kiyoto Maki. Going as far to corrupt the boy's mind which led to a quest where he would attempt to end the world. Not to mention she truly believed in things gaining worth only after destruction and showed little regard for life.
Finally as her life ended it was well deserved as she broke any connection with Kiyoto Maki to be with a random man over him. When she could have as easily included him as a part of the family.
