Charles (AKA "Ho Punch") is a member of The Crazy Eights. He is a juvenile delinquent, who is guilty of selling cocaine and urinating in public.
He is voiced by Glenn Howerton.
Biography[]
In "Our Gang", Ho Punch and P. Hound urinated in the middle of the hallways at Stoolbend High School. Cleveland angrily directed them to the men's bathroom but their justification for peeing outside was that Big Skeez was having a baby in the men's room. Despite this, the madness they caused that day got them, along with the other troubled youths sent to the gym for a PTA meeting. Cleveland offered to coach the students into acting more appropriately. During their rap session, Cleveland lied about being the actor who played Al Powell in Die Hard, buying the respect of the gullible teens, including Ho Punch, who asked if anyone had seen the movie "Bird on a Wire". When The Crazy Eights were making "cookies" (cocaine) Ho Punch shipped out the boxes of coke on a dolly. When Cleveland and Junior's lives were on the line thanks to The Stoolbloods, The Crazy Eights traded drugs with them to bribe them into sparing their lives. Ho Punch gave them some Chinese opiums that were given to him by his mom.
In "Nightmare on Grace Street", Ho Punch made a background cameo at the Halloween party.
In "The Hangover: Part Tubbs", Ho Punch, P. Hound, and E.L. Fudge made background cameos as members of the Stoolbend High School diving team.
