The Hoagiemobile is a supporting antagonist in the Cartoon Network Series, Codename: Kids Next Door, she is the main antagonist of Operation T.R.I.K.E. and Operation T.R.I.C.Y.C.L.E.
First making her debut in Operation T.R.I.K.E. She is a pink tricycle owned by Hoagie Gilligan (or referred to as Numbuh 2) as a present from his father. It somehow became sentient and plays the role of a villain, attacking anyone who insults or mocks it. It communicates via the bell on the left handle.
History[]
Operation T.R.I.K.E.[]
The Hoagiemobile is given to Hoagie as a gift from his parents, his dad had also modified the trike with a Nacho-Cheese shooter; which fires onto Grandma Lydia. Hoagie rides it outside before she can scald him, but it isn't long before he encounters Ernest and his friends. Because of the tricycle's pink color, they make fun of Hoagie for riding it. He takes their bullying personally and tells them to "bring it on", only to be laughed at while they go away. Wally Beatles (Numbuh 4) shows up and asks Hoagie on why he is riding on "his sister's Bike", Hoagie responds that he doesn't have a sister. Wally then tells him to go get one to give the "Dorky Pink Bike to", Hoagie walks away from him with the bike, vowing revenge on who dare insult him for riding it.
At night, Hoagie dreams of him attacking those who have made fun of him or the Hoagiemobile. Hoagie wakes up after hearing Wally burst into his room. The dream Hoagie was in had apparently became reality. Wally proceeded to get into an argument with Hoagie, only to be interrupted by the Hoagiemobile running him over, somehow gaining sentience. Hoagie criticizes her for attacking people simply because they insulted them, however he accidentally called her "Stoopid", which causes the bike to emit flames and chase after Hoagie. She chases him to the first floor, where Lydia was when the bike was giving chase. She was beaten by Lydia's cane repeatedly, stopping her wrathful pursuit, and being put in the garage.
The Hoagiemobile would lay dormant until it makes its series appearance.
Operation T.R.I.C.Y.C.L.E.[]
While Numbuh 2 and Tommy were cleaning out the garage, Tommy finds the beaten up Tricycle. He takes a liking to the bike, dubbing it "the Tommymobile"; however Numbuh 2 show disgust over it, seeing as just a piece of junk. The rest of the Sector V (excluding Numbuh 1) arrive at the house, telling Hoagie that Numbuh 1 is holding a meeting at the KND Central Bike Hub. Tommy wants to go and also bring the Tricycle, only to be mocked by Numbuh 4 and 5. Hoagie then drives off with them, leaving Tommy by himself.
Meanwhile at the Bike hub, it has come to the attention that Chad Dickson was driving around the neighborhood with a motorized bike; believing he was trying to gather troops to attack them, the KND go after him. They then pick up something on radar heading for Chad, this turns out to be Tommy riding the trike. Chad see's Tommy heading right for him and evades him before he could get into a potential collision. While Tommy was safe from being hit by Chad, the other KND Operatives got into a wreck after Tommy got in the way.
Back at the Gilligan's house, Tommy is seen again, he grumbles about how the KND operatives teased him and Tricycle and vowed to make sure nobody makes fun of it again while holding a blowtorch.
The next morning, Hoagie takes off on his bike after he learns that Chad had destroyed a Bike rack at Gallagher Elementary. Tommy was yearning to go, but Hoagie rejects his request of going to stop him after his previous mistake. At the school, flames are seen over a the destroyed bike racks. Numbuh 2 questions where all the Bikes went since all of them are gone. Chad soon passes right by them, but Sector V chases after them and merge bikes to create the C.Y.C.L.O.C.A.N.N.O.N.
Sector V's plan had failed as they had been ransacked by an unknown force, Numbuh 2 realizes it was Tommy riding his Tricycle. He had apparently modified it with weapons, and was going to use them on Chad. Two Refrigerators came out of the Tommymobile and fired at him. This was successful and had caused Chad to crash. Sector V then surround Chad, only to realize he was actually trying to deliver Pizza, and had nothing to do with stealing the bikes. Tommy thinking he had given Chad Justice was insulted by Sector V and now wanted revenge for how they are treating him.
Later, Numbuhs 3 and 4 were walking down a street complaining, until they soon encounter what appears to be Tommy and the Tricycle inside of a tunnel. Numbuh 4 insults him, but there was no response. He then threatens what he thinks is tommy, only for him and Numbuh 3 to be ran over and injured from what was in the tunnel.
Back at the Bike Hub, it had been announced that more bikes have been stolen. Numbuh 3 and 4 are brought back in, with tire tracks covering their bodies. Numbuh 1 orders Tommy to be brought to the Bike Hub as he was considered to be a threat. Numbuhs 2 and 5 split up in order to find him, with Numbuh 2 heading back to his home, and and Numbuh 5 staying on the suburbs. The Bike Hub soon find Tommy's supposed location near Numbuh 5, but she does not see any sign of him or his Tricycle. Her communications were cut off after the signal was intercepted by the target.
Hoagie eventually arrives back home and finds Tommy watching cartoons, he asks why he was causing so much trouble, but realizes that Tommy was not responsible for the recent events, before questioning where his Bike went. Tommy replies that the Tricycle was in the garage, but when Numbuh 2 checks it, the Tricycle was not there.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown how the Hoagiemobile gained sentience, though it could be pointed at the modifications that Numbuh 2's dad has installed on the bike or Numbuh 2's vengeance towards those who had wronged him.
- It also seems to wield Pyrokinesis, as it bursts into flames in the comic, and lit a Bike rack on fire in the series.
