The Hollywood Elites are the main antagonists in the South ParQ Vaccination Special. They're a parody of conspiracy theories who believe that there is a secret cabal of corrupt Satanic pedophile cannibals based in Hollywood. Alleged members are parody of real-life people such as Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Joe Biden.

The alleged cult is comprised of real-life Hollywood actors and directors, as well as various left-wing political figures.
A vehicle occupied by elderly individuals passes by Food 4 Little while they celebrate their inoculations. Inside the store, Garrison and Mr. Service shop for school supplies. They happen to find themselves surrounded by fellow shoppers who get upset at Garrison due to his past presidency and his perceived lack of concern for it now that he is teaching. Bob White comes to Garrison and brings his wife and daughter with him. Bob mentions that they have always supported Garrison despite everything. Garrison simply wants to move on with his life in the profession of education, but Bob informs him that he is a current participant of QAnon and inquires about how to end the administration of injections
The following is a depiction of footage starting with a bloodied sign of Hollywood. The female voice explains that a Satanic cabal of renowned Hollywood and government elites have been using child sexual service providers to obtain adrenochrome, a substance derived from children creating an endorphic and longevity-enhancing advantage. The elites require adrenochrome for maintaining the control of power which they need to control everyone, and they need to be terminated. It is then unveiled that the voiceover is Craig's private tutor explaining the concepts of QAnon to him. Just then, Garrison and Mr. Service enter the room. Garrison is angry that the tutors are stealing his students from school.
