Hookfang's Nemesis is a minor antagonist of the TV series Dragons: Race to the Edge being the main antagonist of the episode "Total Nightmare".
Biography[]
For an undisclosed reason, Hookfang's Nemesis harasses a younger, smaller female Nightmare who had a nest of eggs in a cave on Dragon's Edge. Another younger male broad wing Nightmare, Hookfang, began protecting her from his attacks. Despite this, Hookfang's Nemesis continued on harrying the pair. The fight started and although, Hookfang's Nemesis is stronger, Hookfang is more agile and finally defeated his nemesis and that defeated dragon flew away.

Hookfang's Nemesis is a Titan Wing Monstrous Nightmare, which is the final and most powerful stage in the dragon life cycle. As a Titan Wing, He is much bigger, has darker red and has thicker stripes.
Personality[]
What he really wants is to find a mate, so he is willing to hurt any weaker male in order to steal the mate. He is very brutish to Hookfang by treating him as a weakling. He is also shown to be very aggressive, fierce, stubborn compared to Hookfang and not a quitter until he gets defeated by his enemies.
Trivia[]
- In How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, a Monstrous Nightmare with the same color pattern as Hookfang's Nemesis appears in the movie. It was shown to reside in the Hidden World, bowing to Toothless and his mate as its King and Queen.
