Horde is a member of the Vicious Circle and a villain in the Savage Dragon Comics.

history

The Horde is a member of the Vicious Circle and has become one of the leaders in the shadows. He can control people to do his bidding.

The Horde also appears in the Tv series as a recurring villain in the show in some episodes where he uses his worms to take over Chicago. He would later go on to become one of Savage Dragon's most persistent villains. As a being made of worms he had the ability to control anyone where his worms would posses but Savage Dragon would always foil them.
