|~ Horn Bone Mask's words before death|
The Horn Bone Mask is the seventh of Black Cross Volcano Mask General Magman's Masked Monsters. He's also the main antagonist in episode 49 of 1976 TV series called Himitsu Sentai Gorenger.
He is voiced by Eiji Maruyama while his human form is portrayed by Giichi Sugi who later voiced a Sports Monster from 1979 TV series called Battle Fever J.
The Horn Bone Mask made his first appearance as he and a couple of Zolders ambushed the Gorengers pick-up arrival at the airport. As the battle rages on a pair of Zolders used a camera to film the action. After that the Horn Bone Mask left the area leaving the Gorengers in confusion.
A while later he appeared in the tunnel when Peggy and Asuka where they fell for the trap that he has placed on them. Once they fell through a trapdoor where they wound up a cleverly disguised EAGLE base, but it has no contact from the outside even down to a voice manipulator for him or Magman to prevent them from contacting Gonpachi and gain authority to build them Franken #1 including the footage of Horn Bone Mask initially fighting Akarenger, Aorenger and Kirenger was also used to make them seem like the EAGLE threat was being managed.
As the gentlemen continues the search for their comrades the Horn Bone Mask is on a bridge and used TNT to blow Kaijo up, but he'd survived the destruction as Akarenger. So the Horn Bone Mask and a couple of Zolders retreat the area.
However when Peggy and Asuka finally catch on to being manipulated (as they spot a couple of Zolders through the painting peepholes), they perform their own trick, making it appear like Asuka was "blown up" while having him disguised as Franken #1 in order to leave the lab and remove the barrier for their escape. Once the Horn Bone Mask catch on to the plan of theirs he was sent to track them down only to be faced by the Gorengers.
Midorenger uses his Midomerang to remove the head leading to it reforming on top of the Masked Monster backwards. After that he was then destroyed by this finisher called Gorenger Hurricane which it transformed into a new skull that latches onto Horn Bone Mask's body, exploding him in the process.
The Horn Bone Mask is authoritative but also slightly goofy, at one point getting in trouble with Magman for using a voice changer to pretend he was Momorenger. He also has a tendency to wiggle his arms in his Masked Monster form.
