The Horse Fangire, also known by his human identity Kaoru Tsugami, is a Fangire from the Beast subclass and an antagonist in Kamen Rider Kiva, later appearing in Kamen Rider Den-O & Kiva: Climax Deka.
He is the first Fangire to appear in Kamen Rider Kiva.
History[]
1986[]
Posing as an executive of a company, the Horse Fangire fed on the energy of his two secretaries until he was confronted by Yuri Aso. However, Otoya Kurenai's interference allows him to escape.
2008[]
The Horse Fangire resurfaces during the events of Climax Deka, assuming the identity of robbers and accompanying the Pink Rabbit Imagin in fighting Den-O and the Taros. He is destroyed by Den-O Sword Form, but his soul escapes and is later restored his body. He then assumes the identity of a teen model agent to go after Megumi Aso, but Megumi instead tricks the Horse Fangire into being destroyed by Kiva and sealed in Castle Doran.
