The Hot Topic Manager is the main antagonist in the two part Drawn Together episode "Lost in Parking Space".
He was voiced by Jess Harnell, who also voices Captain Hero and Mickey Mouse within the same show, some of the Spooky Island Demons in Scooby-Doo, Ripper Roo and Pinstripe Potoroo in the N. Sane Trilogy, some of the Bandar Log in The Jungle Book 2, Lock in Kingdom Hearts, Buster's singing voice in Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure, Cedric the Sorcerer in Sofia the First, Moneybags and Red in Spyro: A Hero's Tail, Scary Terry in Rick and Morty, Pan in several Tom and Jerry films, Meldar Prime's singing voice in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Luigi in Deep, Tim Gruber in The Cleveland Show, Pocket in Tangled: The Series and Grim Gloom in The 7D.

Lost in Parking Space, Part One[]
After Foxxy Love goes into a mall to try and save the rest of the Drawn Together gang from a parking space they're all trapped in, she quickly gets distracted by a Hot Topic store and asks the manager if they have any Drawn Together merchandise. At first, he pretends to be oblivious as to ever hearing of the show, but then allows her to check in the back and knocks her out once she finds that he was lying before.
Lost in Parking Space, Part Two[]
The Hot Topic Manager takes Foxxy through a dungeon underneath the mall and explains that he's been kidnapping annoying cartoon characters that people would undoubtedly pay him to torture and eventually kill. He locks her inside her own room where several of her finger nails are yanked off by Princess Clara, who eventually manages to convince her to let her go and help free the rest of the cartoon characters to save her soul after she temporarily lost her Christian faith. However, once the manager discovers that Foxxy escaped, he tells all the customers to hurry up and leave the mall and then starts pouring gasoline all over the dungeon, planning on torching everyone and everything inside to not leave any evidence.
Princess Clara briefly manages to stop him by hacking him to death with a machete after finding them hiding in one of the cells, due to cartoon logic however, the manager's severed hand manages to light the gasoline anyways, forcing both Foxxy and Clara to leave the other cartoons to their doomed fates.
