Oliver Cheng, mostly known as Hotshot is a minor antagonist in Sleeping Dogs. Hotshot is a Hong Kong street racer that ends up accidentally killing a person and injuring another during a street race. Hotshot tries to cover up his tracks but he is eventually arrested by the Hong Kong Police Department and Wei Shen.

Hotshot is a known street racer in Hong Kong. It turns out that while racing in his yellow Panzar, he cheated by killing Ace and injuring Ace's Girlfriend while racing. Wei Shen thinks he is a suspect and finds clues that prove he is the murderer of Ace. Wei Shen would challenge Hotshot in a street race but this would be a ruse as Shen would lead Hotshot to the cops in order to be arrested. Hotshot would be surrounded by cops and be arrested.

Hotshot is very arrogant, boastful and cocky of himself. Hotshot is shown to be a horrible person as he kills someone in a race to protect his image. He is also shown to be a cheater as he races Ace in a faster car than what Ace has.
