Franklin Steele, better known as Houston is one of the villainous protagonists in PAYDAY 2. He is Dallas' brother.
He was portrayed by Derek Ray.

Dallas' younger brother, whom he brought to the PAYDAY gang after Hoxton's arrest.
Repeating the fate of Hoxton, Houston could not stay long at work. He went into debt and earned himself more and more enemies, which forced him to plunge into a criminal life. Doing ordinary burglaries before going into to major crimes, he completed his first big business at the age of twenty-four.
Upon joining the gang, he took the nickname Hoxton. After the first Hoxton was freed, he had to take the name Houston, as old Hoxton didn't like anyone using his name. However, Houston kept Hoxton's mask for himself, as he made himself a new one.
